Sorry, I may not have made myself clear.
The second post includes the file with the silence at the beginning removed. The original post (which has the silence at the beginning) has been renamed automatically and can be deleted.

it is duration 38 minutes 56 seconds.
There are two footnotes in this chapter, the first seems quite pertinent to the text so I recorded it, the second is very brief and I am not at all sure what it means (a reflection upon the usage of the word 'upon'); but having recorded the first, why not do the same for the second. In any case either or both can easily be excised if so desired. |

Wrong bitrate and sampling rate - must be 128 kbps 44,100 Hz Mono
Slight amplification required.

I tried to convert it using razor lame but the program is not working for me. Can someone else give it a try?
Also the volume is fine. Try opening the file in audacity and you will see the wav forms are fine.

I'm not able to download Section 10 fully  I keep losing the last 10 minutes. I'll give it another try now.
ETA -- YAY, downloaded fully after a couple more tries! I'll PL it now.
