Re: Volunteer CD Covers! Working Thread

Is the wrong number significant? Do I need to re-name and re-upload everything? Not overly significant. It's nice to know what month the files were uploaded (and that's the main reason for the date; that, and to differentiate project artworks with the same file names). It was more of a "by the way"...

Thank you! One missed edit:

23:06 - "or to run a few radio shows on the subject" - computer noise in this phrase. Phrase is immediately repeated, so it's just a "failure to cut" error. ;)

Very true! Two items of note: (1) Yes, going up an incline IS fatiguing! I can't imagine doing it without gears - being able to down shift! (2) Avoid ruts parallel to your direction of travel: The time I took a tumble as an adult (which earned me a precautionary ride to the hospital in an ambulance)...

Re: Should I Add an Extra Author or Not?

From what I can tell, Harrison Cady was the illustrator, not an author. So he would not be included as an author.

P.S. Thornton W. Burgess died in 1965, so he's still under copyright in Australia. You would be breaking Australian copyright law if you recorded his works.

Re: One Minute Test

It's all good, except it's in stereo rather than mono. :)

Are you using Audacity? To change all future recordings, go to Edit, Preferences, Devices. Under Recording, change Channels to "1 (Mono)".

Just the one edit. Don't worry about the name pronunciation in that chapter. (There are too many to fix, and often the fix makes the file worse than just leaving it alone.) ;)

I've put you in for section 73. Thanks!
