Hello, Jim. Great reading! There's just one very minor thing you might wish to look into: ~ 05:36 I can hear a sound intruding. It's in the bit "... and made this mountain of death seem to him fit ...", roughly between the words death and seem . (page 326) Apart from that, everything's perfect. :D
