Yes, the filename number should be the same as the section number (first column in Magic Window)

True, the ## in the filename is section number. I can fix filenames at cataloguing so any pl ok files don't need to be re-uploaded

Hi Nick! I'll set up the Magic Window for you. You can upload the zipped image file to my uploader folder, just as you would upload an MP3 file, then post the link from the uploader.

You can add a new section in the Magic Window with the "Add new section" button. The new section will appear at the bottom of the section table. Then you can click on that row and drag it to the place you want it, just below Chapter XII section, and maybe name it "Chapter XII, continu...

I'm for whatever the reader wants. There is no technical reason to split it when it's under ~70'. But some readers/listeners prefer to split longer chapters anyway for ease of reading/listening. Up to you!

It's fine, we got 555 sections! The 256 limit must be for the archive.org page and I was remembering wrong.
