Is there a way to control which ads pop up while listening, other than buying the app (I'm on Android)? I have heard some extremely objectionable ads that I would just as soon forego.

The Thomas Copeland recording of Faerie Queene reports a .zip file size of 897MB, whereas when I downloaded it (running Xubuntu Linux), it came out to 920MB.
