The biography of a silver-fox by E. T. Seton

This is the best work of his books, I suppose. I'm 50 years old! I read the book a few weeks ago. When I finished the reading, my cheeks were wet! Why? If I had read the book when I was a boy, I should have had my wife and my children now. What a chicken I have been! Are you lonesome now? Have you c...

Iliad and Odyssey[done] translated by George Chapman

Hi,

Chapman's Homer is very famous because of Keats' sonnet.

Re: More Erasmus's works

No. The translations to Japanese are not matured.
And our tongue is unimportant.

Then, English version, please.

Re: More Erasmus's works

Dulce Bellum Inexpertis is same as Against War on Project Gutenberg.
The difference is the languages.

Re: More Erasmus's works

I don't have any links to any works in Latin language. (When I get an idea, I post it soon. It's CSCO!) But we Japanese have translations into Japanese of the works above except for Adagiorum Chiliades. The book's ISBN is ISBN4-06-145323-8 (0). I suppose the book is out of print. But you can get it ...

two more Shaw's plays

We can buy or free download some George Bernard Shaw's plays.

But The Devil's Disciple and The Apple Cart haven't come into
audio format yet, I suppose.

More Erasmus's works

Desiderius Erasmus is important. But we don't have any his works in audio excepting The Praise of Folly in English. Following works are needed, I suppose: De ratione studii ac legendi interpretandique auctores liber Paraclesis, id est, Adhortatio ad Christianae Philosophiae Studium Adagiorum Collect...

To Cori

Hi, Cori. I am a Japanese. So I can read Japanese books in Japanese language. But I have no time to do it. I've been out of job for over two years. So the first thing I must do is to get my job.... And I don't have silent place to record reading now. Someday may I do reading for all, I hope!

Hallo, all!

Hi, all. I am Unko. I am a learner of the English languages. I just come round to ask you for some audiobooks. I like the English style which the New Testament in Today's English Version (GOOD NEWS TRANSLATION) uses because of its clarity and readability. I bought TEV (GNT) Audio Bible yet; but that...
