Re: Don't you hate...

...When you read a story you like, and you think it would be a good one to record, but when you look at the text again you notice it's got the word "rural"? That's gonna take some practice! You'd love "Binsey Poplars" by Gerard Manley Hopkins. Last two lines: Rural scene, a rural scene, Sweet...

Re: New solo project - what do I do next?

I've filled in the new solo project template for the book I want to record and have now got a page saying 'Copy from here to the bottom of the page'. I've done that - what do I do next? Hi Andrew, I'm not surprised that you find that message difficult to follow, as it's simply wrong. :( Maybe (I'm ...

Re: [SOLO] Maud, and Other Poems by Alfred Tennyson - lny

Many thanks. I know these tracks are by no means word-perfect, but I'm not aiming for that this time and I hope any changes are minor and don't alter the sense too much.

Re: [SOLO] Maud, and Other Poems by Alfred Tennyson - lny

Here are the last two: Maud, parts I and II, for PL. It's a nice feeling to get another one done and (hopefully) nearly ready for cataloguing....

Re: LibriVox 15th Anniversary Collection - tg

Would you accept a short story from a collection with 'Fifteen' in the subtitle? I have in mind "The Persistent Mother" from Overheard: Fifteen Tales by Stacy Aumonier. https://archive.org/details/overheardfifteen00aumo/page/n5/mode/2up I think that will work. I will make sure to show the book's ti...

Re: (Poetry) The Poems of Gerard Manley Hopkins - m8b1

Thanks for all the PL work you've done on this. I know it's been a huge effort having to listen to word-perfect level, and I really appreciate it.
