Setions 33, 37 and 38 are all Spot PL OK. I've got to congratulate you on the quality of the editing, Annie - the joins are inaudible.

I tried checking with the reader of the one remaining section if they were still working on this and the forum software reported that the reader no longer existed. I'm therefore orphaning the passage if anyone else would like to take it.

When reading the chapter title, you don't want the volume and page number read as it is in the text? How do you want to handle foot notes?
