Cubs of the Wolf by Raymond F. Jones ( - 0).

This project is now complete! Please download and listen from the catalog: https://librivox.org/cubs-of-the-wolf-by-raymond-fisher-jones/
( )
  • Text source (only read from this text!): https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/22526
  • Type of proof-listening required (Note: please read the PL FAQ): standard

IMPORTANT - soloist, please note: in order to limit the amount of languishing projects (and hence the amount of files on our hard-pressed server), we ask that you post an update at least once a month in your project thread, even if you haven't managed to record anything. If we don't hear from you for three months, your project may be opened up to a group project if a Book Coordinator is found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to see if it can be re-instated).
Please don't download or listen to files belonging to projects in process (unless you are the BC or PL). Our servers are not set up to handle the greater volume of traffic. Please wait until the project has been completed. Thanks!

Great! I'll move us over to Going Solo once you've had a chance to fill out the MW.

The chapters don't have names, so I just put Chapter #. Is that okay?

Also, it's a Gutenberg text, so should I put the Kindle page number in the "Notes"? Or something else?

Thanks,
Zac

Nicely done! Chapter # works fine for the Title column. The only thing you really need to put in the notes section is the duration of the recordings, as you enter them. The notes section will not be visible when the project is complete -- it is just for easing the workflow while working on the project :)

I'll move us over to Going Solo to keep the Launch Pad tidy

Making slow but steady progress.

Do we need to find a PL?

Oh Hi! I didn't see this before my post just now. As far as I know we still need a DPL, so that would be great. Is that something I can say or do we need @kathrinee to verify?

I have logged into Magic Window before. I'm still pretty new to it, but I think understand how to use it.

Every section so far has been a great listen! Here are just a couple notes for Section 2:

8:24 You said "context" instead of "contact"

11:10 You said "moved forward" instead of "moved to follow"

Thanks so much!

I have fixed those spots (assuming I found the right file) and uploaded chapter 5.
