Thanks for the feedback. About the disclaimer, the first page of this forum says that since it is a solo read, I can use the shortened disclaimer for all after the first chapter.
I hadn't noticed that that was different for solo projects. Thanks for pointing it out! I withdraw my objection.

I can take on the DPL role. Looks like there's a long backlog to listen to already!
I'm sorry for the delay. You should now have access to the MW.

Here is chapter 22:
https://librivox.org/uploads/linny/katharinevonboradrmartinlutherswife_22_stein_128kb.mp3
11:28

I had to make an edit at 9:08. The text read "had came" but I corrected it to "had come." I can't imagine that "had came" was anything but a typo.

This chapter was hard to read with tears running down my face. If you think the emotion is too high (it was not feigned), please let me know and I'll re-record.

Wow! That is a powerful chapter.

From my understanding, "came" was a valid past participle at the time, so "had came" could be grammatically correct. That said, "had come" reads more smoothly nowadays, and doesn't change the meaning, so it's probably a better choice (especially since I haven't been making word-perfect PL notes anyways).

The emotions were not too high in this scene. They added a lot! It makes this scene hit so much harder when even the narrator is clearly feeling the pain that all of the characters and the audience are feeling.

Chapter 22 is also PL OK!
