Looks good now. Will mark it as PL OK in the MW.

Yeah! , thanks. db levels seem to be something I need to watch for with my current setup... Good luck bringing this project to a close. Nancy

MightyFelix,

I have taken your advisement and learned how to edit (A HUGE THANK YOU to SILVERQUILL).

After a few mistakes, I think I've got it. Looking forward to your review.

Just a bit of confusion here. Did the corrected file get uploaded? This one still has the uncorrected mistakes in it.

Lomond
Lomond,
That's really strange. Let me try loading it again. I have corrected everything I hope.

OK, still Ready for Spot PL.
Let's hope this is the right one.

I've done some volume adjustment on a couple of files, so we're just about done.

O.K. Here's what I am finding. When I listen to the file contained in the forum post, it has the corrections. The one in the MW does not have the corrections. The one in the post is PL OK and ready to go.

Mystery solved.

I'm sorry, I should have caught this right away.

The problem is that you uploaded your corrected file with the wrong file name, now two different file names. It needed to be uploaded under exactly the same file name as the original in order to be reflected correctly in the Magic Window.

But, not to worry! I have uploaded your corrected file under the right file name, and checked to make sure it is the corrected version, so it passes as PL OK per Lomond's report.

Very nice reading, and a great chapter for this book!
Thanks so much for working on this. I hope we will hear a lot more of your fine voice here on LibriVox. :D

With that, we finally draw this volume to a close.
Thank you to ALL of our fine readers who brought this book of stories to reality.
Special thanks to Lomond who put in a lot of time and work as our proof listener.
And, to Devorah, our faithful MC for all that goes into coordinating the project.
We are now ready for the public to listen.

Turns out I had a few minutes to work on this tonight after all.

Larry, I noticed that this edited chapter was uploaded with a different file name. However, the original, not PL ok, version is still linked in the MW. It's a good idea to always replace the original link with the new one, just in case. I do it even when I don't think there is a change in the name, because it helps me to maintain that habit, and also because sometimes a very small change will escape my notice. I'll fix it in this case, so no need to worry. But especially since this also happened with section 20, you may want to keep it in mind for future projects.

This is a collection of Norse folktales selected as being appropriate for children. They range from short pieces such as, "How One Went Out to Woo" to the longer stories such as, "The Blue Belt" and "Shortshanks," and include such favorites as, "The Three Billy-Goats Gruff" and "The Lad Who Went to the North Wind."
