(Complete) Coffee Break Collection #30 - Mythical Creatures - Lt
Hi.
I don't see any of the three poems I submitted in this collection's Magic Window.
Is there a problem with any or all of them? Or is it just that you haven't yet gotten around to them for proof-listening?

Sorry, I've been distracted by the storm. Freezing temps and helping neighbors. Will get to you shortly, and I look forward to listening.

The Forsaken Merman
Matthew Arnold (1822-1888)
https://www.bartleby.com/360/6/28.html
I hope this one fits... it's *by* a merman but largely *about* a human, but it has some rather lovely descriptions of the undersea world... Let me know if this isn't a fit here and I'll chuck it in the monthly poetry collection instead (with a different filename and intro, of course).

The Forsaken Merman is PL OK
Thank you, Joanna. I haven't heard this story before. Forsaken and forlorn is the poor merman.

I see there is only one more slot to be filled, so in the spirit of March challenge I had a go at a poem about a fight with the dragon, which is a mythical creature of course. Hope it can get accepted and let's bring this collection on our finished list for March

Oberon's Feast is PL OK. What a unique meal!
King Diderik is PL OK. Kitty, I had forgotten to put Andrea's poem in the MW, but having another story is great for this collection, as many of our pieces are very short and yours helps fill out the time. It is much appreciated, an interesting story, plus my husband and I were discussing family crests just yesterday.
This closes out this collection, with 9 days to spare. Thank you both.

oops, yes I saw that now...I should have read the last posts in the thread. If it cannot be taken, I am not angry, I can always recycle it in a poetry thread, you know. It's as you prefer.
But yes...family crests are a fascinating subject.
Thank you for the fast PL.

Moved to readers found while we wait for Joanna’s edits.

I sent Joanna a PM asking for those edits. She hasn't been on LV since submitting those pieces. If I don't hear from her by the 25th, I will make what edits I can myself, so we can keep them and proceed to catalog.
I have edited the summary, added keywords, and the cover is made, so all else is ready to go.
