One thing to fix, the opening silence is less then half a second, it should be around a second. Can you add a little silence and resubmit (same file name)?
You don't need to fix the following but just be aware for the future, this is well within our standards.
There is some light bumping through the recording I can only hear it with head phones on, you can hear an example at about 10:39. Maybe some light finger touches on the microphone or table.
