This may apply just to the first section, but I see it contains original text along with the English translation. Are you looking for the reader to record both?

And are there footnotes throughout the selections? (I'm sorry I haven't gone wading into them yet.) May we read those that are particularly interesting? Or maybe you've told us not to read any of them. (I'm not really at full speed yet. Sorry for all the questions.)

Hi Kevin,
I'm just looking for readers for the English text. The only exceptions would be the first Helvetic Confession where I don't think and English version exists and, it you like, the multiple versions of the Apostles' Creed (again where I can find PD English translations for the variants).

Also no footnotes for this text - they are interesting reading at points but I think the listener would get bogged down in them. If this project works out, a person could do a reading of volume 1 which is exclusively commentary on all the creeds in the volumes.

Thanks so much. I like the fact that if this collection works out, when a listener gets to these ones and the creed of Niceae is mention at the start, he or she will have already listened to it and know what is being referred to. Well read, I enjoyed these a lot on my train journey.

Did I by chance say "teaches" rather than teacheth? Because I remember at one point having a lot of trouble with my teetheth saying teacheth, and after so many goes, decided that teaches might be ok.

No wonder English speakers dropped the "eth" for an "s" in indicating the present tense third person ... As sonoftheexiles would say, my tongue got in the way of my eye tooth on that one and I couldn't see what I was saying ....

My fault, I didn't see that there were a 4th and 5th part. The page numbers are correct so read III-V for the second section.
