I have just posted a 1 or 2 minute test recording of the beginning of chapter 11. I'm wondering if I need to turn up the volume.

I don't see a post where you shared the link from the uploader. :hmm: Please post that link in a new thread over here: viewforum.php?f=21

If you don't have the link anymore, you can upload it again to get the link. :)

I would be delighted to take on Section 27- Chapter 24 part 1
If it is still available as shown in the MW.

I'll be recording my first section in this project later today. And, I hope to pick up a retired section or two later.
By any chance does someone have a list of pronunciations of the major names in the book?
Right or wrong, I'd at least like to be consistent with the other readers.

A few examples (with my guesses):
museef - moo-ZAY-eff or moo-ZAYF. General question: is the fragment "ee" pronounced as one or two syllables?
Kouyunjik - koo-YEWN-jick
Afaij = ah-FAH-eej

You'll notice my American tendency to accent 2nd syllables, which was a real problem when I was learning Russian.
Any help will be appreciated.

As far as the sections I PL'd, there has not been consistency to this point, so do the best you can, I guess!
