Hola y bienvenido a Librivox. Su lectura es excelente, solo se necesitan algunas modificaciones, por favor.

La tasa de bits debe ser de 128 kbps. Cuando exporte el archivo, cambie la "calidad" a 128 kbps.

La grabación debe utilizar una tasa de bits constante. Cuando exporte el archivo, cambie el "modo de velocidad de bits" a "constante"

El volumen es 93dB, que es demasiado alto. Nuestro objetivo es entre 86 y 92 dB, pero lo ideal sería que estuviera en 89 dB.
En Audacity también encontrarás la opción de amplificar en 'efectos'.

The bit rate should be 128 kbps. When you export the file change ‘quality’ to 128kbps.

The recording should use a constant bit rate. When you export the file change ‘bit rate mode’ to ‘constant’

The volume is 93dB, which is too high. We aim for between 86 - 92dB, but ideally we would like it to be at 89 dB.
