Hi all your technical aspects are good. Just one note to make about plosives.
You also have quite a lot of plosive noise. This is that "windy" noise you can hear from time to time in the recording. It happens as your breath blows into the microphone. What you can (and should, I think) do is to move the microphone itself so that it's either up near your nose, or down by your chin, but NOT directly in front of your mouth. It'll still be plenty close enough to pick up all of your words, but not in the direct path of your breath blowing past it.

Hi that is great there are no plosives now. Just one more edit to do please

The volume is 84dB which is too low. We aim for between 86-92 dB but ideally we would like it to be at 89 dB.
In Audacity you will also find the option to amplify under 'effects'.
