Hey, excellent reading here!
All of your technical specifications are perfect.
Just two suggestions:
1). The plosives are quite pronounced and need some attention -- the loud "p" sounds. I think you will hear this when you listen to it. There are several things you can do -- move the mic further from you mouth -- set it at an angle so you are not blowing directly into it -- and then you might consider using a pop filter which will reduce this a lot. Experiment with some different settings to see if you can eliminate or reduce the plosives.
2). The overall recording would be improved by some noise reduction. We have some good tutorials on this, but it it is fairly easy in Audacity. In the Effects menu select Noise Reduction, highlight a section of the silence for a noise simple, (step one) then set it at about 12, select then entire recording then run the noise reduction (step two).
If you want some more feedback, just post a revised recording here again.
