How to embed the recording in my post? (1 minute test)

Hello everyone! After a few days of getting to grips with Audacity, I have finally succeeded in recording a 1-minute test, but unfortunately I can't quite work out how to link or embed it in a post in the appropriate forum. Could you please let me know how this is done?
