A nine-year old new reader has posted in the New Readers sub-forum: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=85532

Could one of the admins advise him/her about any special permissions, please?

If they've posted in the forum, they've already gotten special permission. :) It looks like they've signed up for a section and posted their 1-minute test already.
