Yes, 10:34 total length. I see two spots with a line missing at each spot.

One line missing between the following two spots.
2:40 "... in three days this hand will be given to me for ever.", on page 14 of the book.
2:45 "And you positively refuse to name the person ...", on page 17 of the book.
I believe there should be one line "This way, madam. " between 2:40 and 2:45, on page 17 of the book. 

One line missing between the following two spots.  
4:20 "... possession of that hitherto insensible bosom?"
4:25 "What new alarm? Ha! ..."
I believe there should be one line "Cannot?" between 4:20 and 4:25. All three lines are on page 18 of the book.

It is a very beautiful 11:11 recording. I am afraid that I am too strict by expressing the following opinions.

1:34 - 1:36 there should be a 5-second silence, instead of 2 seconds, for the stage direction.
1:34 "I’m sure they heard him in the next suite." (She rises.) 
1:36 "I suppose you’d better go ..."

One line missing between the following two lines.
9:27 "Oh, let’s go!"
9:31 "Oh, mercy!"
There is another "Let’s go! " that should be following 9:27 "Oh, let’s go!", with a 5-second silence before 9:31 "Oh, mercy!"

One repeat line that needs to be removed at 10:09 - 10:10. 
10:05 -10:06 "But I’m not—"
10:09 - 10:10 "But I’m not—"
The expression is beautiful here with the repetition, but I did not see it is repeated in the text.

I would say it's an exemplary 20:59 recording, thanks to Todd. As a new PL-er, I just want to make sure about the two following spots of stage directions.
5:25 - 5:27, 7:58 - 8:00,
I thought there is a 5-second silence for the stage direction, while it seems that the direction was "performed out"

By all means, please mark it as "PL OK" when you want to.

If a stage direction is already acted out, then the editor will likely not need to insert the stage direction into the dialog. In this case I will mark it PL OK.

1:17 "Wonderful!". 
There is another line in between, by All, "Amen!"    

One line missing before 3:00.
2:55 "...I could live without my Othello."
3:00 "We agree."
There is another line in between, along with Viola and Lady Macbeth, "Heaven preserve us!"
