Note that for a Spot PL, you really only need check that items noted in original PL notes were fixed - you don't need to listen to the whole thing again. (Similarly, the reader should not make changes anywhere but as noted in the original PL notes.)

I listened to this 11:21-long recording.

Please add a 5- (or 3-)second interval between the lines at the following spots.
00:41, between "Very." and "I suppose she’s thirty-five ... "
2:59, between "Really, it’s time you went." and "You said you were going ..."

It is a very beautiful 11:11 recording. I am afraid that I am too strict by expressing the following opinions.

1:34 - 1:36 there should be a 5-second silence, instead of 2 seconds, for the stage direction.
1:34 "I’m sure they heard him in the next suite." (She rises.) 
1:36 "I suppose you’d better go ..."

One line missing between the following two lines.
9:27 "Oh, let’s go!"
9:31 "Oh, mercy!"
There is another "Let’s go! " that should be following 9:27 "Oh, let’s go!", with a 5-second silence before 9:31 "Oh, mercy!"

One repeat line that needs to be removed at 10:09 - 10:10. 
10:05 -10:06 "But I’m not—"
10:09 - 10:10 "But I’m not—"
The expression is beautiful here with the repetition, but I did not see it is repeated in the text.
