Hi Sophia,

Yes, that's not an easy one to start with! Since none of us can read a text of this length smoothly in one take, you'll have to do some editing for this one. If you're using Audacity, here's a nice video that explains the process:

Some things may be slightly different in the current version of Audacity, but this should be a good start.
