Well-read with a slight problem. Its volume level is at 92.2 dB, just over the "limit" of 92 dB. I don't know if there is a fudge factor here or not.

Jen1226 did a fine job of reading this one but, alas, it too has a problem with volume level, coming in just over the "limit" at 92.7 dB.

It would be best to adjust the volume on these two.

Just use the Amplify function under the Effect menu and set it to -3
Then upload the file again under that same file name and post the link here so we can do the final check.
