Hi

Here is my test...Any suggestion on improvement would be greatly appreciated. It's a bit of a learning curve for me but don't be shy :D My daughter (5) suggestion on the reading

Software-Audacity 3.0
Window 10
Setting-Mono, 44100, 16bit, USB Condenser mic

Hi and welcome to Librivox. Your reading is great there are just some edits needed please. If you are using Audacity you can do the following.

The volume is 80dB which is too low. We aim for between 86-92 dB but ideally we would like it to be at 89 dB.
In Audacity you will also find the option to amplify under 'effects'.

If you like you can use the checker tool to verify volume and other settings.
