Is the project generator broken?
I've filled out the template twice, and got "page not available" error twice.

The author's name is Alan St. Hill Brock. Would having the period as part of the last name cause the error?

Maybe, when adding a brand new author.
I've entered the author in the back end, so you can just select him. (It'll be under Brock, with the St. Hill as part of the first name.) I didn't add any link or birth/death year.
