OK, so that ends my 3 sections. I've enjoyed learning things to look for because this year I became a backyard bird watcher in earnest. I downloaded the free Merlin ID app from Cornell U for my iPhone, using it to identify/record bird songs, just this week I bought 10# of peanuts, and today ordered a see-through bird feeder so I can watch when my blue jays grab a peanut and tell when it needs a refill. The feeder is pictured at 1:56 in this spectacular "Leslie, The Bird Nerd" video "How To Attract Blue Jays". I also have 5 other more traditional feeders, a bird bath, and mediocre cameras - which need improvement.
