And since I plan to record myself singing this weekend I will entreat the aid of St. Cecilia who is apparently Patron of Musicians although I promise I won't blame her if my singing is poor.

Very nicely read with great feeling. I only have a few minor edits that I am asking for.

Scene 1: At around 0:47, in the line "Some strange, unearthly voice seems calling me", I believe that you have added the word 'to' just before 'me'. At around 1:10, in the line "Soldiers and scribes, the rich, the great, the small!", I believe that you have added the word 'and' just before the words 'the small',

Scene 3: At around 0:33, in the line "I've seen a wondrous silver shaft of light", I believe that the word 'silver' was omitted.
